Century 21 Indian River Realty is one of the few agencies that employs a full time marketing director. Having a full time marketing director assures the seller that their property is marketed in many different venues, this guarantees that your property has mass exposure. When one of our agent obtains a listing agreement it is entered into the Multiple Listing System (MLS). This enables your property to be viewed by over 3,000 realtors. Copies of the MLS sheet, the listing contract and a letter from the agent and the broker are sent to the seller.

The Marketing Director then places your property info along with photos into the the following Web Sites:

After placing the listing on these internet sites a flyer is composed with multiple pictures and detailed information about the property. The Realtor uses these flyers to expose the property to potential buyers.

Multiple ad copies are composed to publicize the property in to following mediums:

1) Florida Today Newspaper-Rapid Sell-This ad consists of a photo of the property and description. it also has a telephone number where the potential buyer can call and receive more information on the property. This is done on a weekly basis.

2) The Real Estate Book - This is a very popular publication with wide circulation that consists of 15 ads (a full page). This is published monthly.

When the property is advertised the seller receives a letter with the actual ad. The seller also receives a "Marketing Survey Report" twice monthly. This report records Showings that have been called into the office as well as any feed back from the agent and potential buyer. This report allows the seller to be kept informed of what is going on with the sale of their property.

Our Marketing Director works closely with the Realtors so that your property is consistently Maintained in the MLS System and all web sites.
