 Call Coordinator

     At CENTURY 21 Indian River Realty we employ a call coordinator at all three of our offices, Indialantic, West Melbourne, and Melbourne.  The following is an overview of some of the duties the call coordinator performs daily.  The number one priority is to answer the phone and direct to someone who can assist and answer the caller's questions, or place the caller into Voice Mail if the agent they wish to speak to is not available.  The call coordinator also keeps a record of how many phone calls come in throughout the day.

     When the floor agent makes an appointment with another agent to show one of our listed properties, the following morning a feedback request form is faxed so that we receive information in regards to the listing that we are able to pass onto the agent as well as the seller.  In order to make these appointments we have a floor book that is situated at the up-desk.  This floor book has each of Century 21 Indian River Realty's listings in it along with showing instructions.  This allows the floor agent easy access to information they need to set showing appointments.  The call coordinator makes necessary changes to the  floor book through the marketing coordinator.

    The Call Coordinator sends out progress reports monthly regarding incoming and outgoing referrals keeping our files current.

     The Call Coordinator is a great asset to the company and the associates by assuring that all calls are handled in a professional and timely manner.
